Physical Products – Shipping Within India Only
Currently, our physical NFC products (cards, tags, QR boards, keychains) are shipped within India only.
Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 7–10 business days

We operate Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Courier Partners
We ship via trusted delivery partners. You will receive a tracking ID once your order is shipped.
📍 Important Shipping Notes (India)
Wrong Address
Please make sure the shipping address is accurate.
We can only update your address within 2 hours of placing the order.
NEXTAPZ is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Delays
External factors (weather, courier issues, holidays) may occasionally delay deliveries. We will keep you informed of any such cases.
Lost or Unreceived Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your item:

Contact your local delivery service or building security first

Unfortunately, we are not liable for packages marked “delivered” by courier partners
Out-of-Stock Items
If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock:

We may hold the order until restocked

We do not ship physical products outside India at this time.
However, our digital services are fully available worldwide.
If you’re outside India, you can:

🧾 Invoices and payment gateways for international buyers will reflect relevant digital service details.
Return/Refund Eligibility (for physical products in India)
You can raise a return/replacement request only if:

You received a different item than what you ordered

Your product arrived physically damaged

The NFC function is not working on NFC-supported devices
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, with photo/video proof. The item must be unused and in original packaging.
