Replacement & Exchange Policy

At NEXTAPZ, we thoroughly inspect each product before it ships out. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Eligible for Free Replacement if:

  • Item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The NFC feature doesn't work (on an NFC-enabled phone)

📸 Email us photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
📦 Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost within India.

Returns & Refunds

All items are personalized. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete details submitted by customer

  • Spelling/design errors from your side

  • Change of mind after placing the order

However, we will help you if there’s a technical defect or production issue.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund.

After 24 hours, the product enters production and cannot be cancelled.

Your NFC card comes with a 1-year warranty covering:

  • Tapping issues on NFC-enabled smartphones

🔸 Not covered: Physical damage, water damage, or non-NFC phones
🆓 Free replacement if eligible, shipping charges may apply
