Custom Products, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order is processed and delivered. However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos. Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Physical products (like NFC cards) are shipped across India, while digital services are accessible globally.
